17 x 39 x 16.5
5.046cu.ft (before displacement)

3 ports:

28hz - 10 x 3.5 x 25
35hz - 10 x 4 x 16.5
40hz - 10 x 6 x 20.5

The front of the box that is grey will be carpeted and mounted behind the rear seats directly to the trunk. The purpose of it is to seal off the trunk from the cabin. Not only that but it will make for a lot cleaner looking install :-). Of course that part will be assembled in the trunk first then the box will slide to it where it will then be mounted. This is a rough sketch but you get the idea..

looks cool, so i take it your looseing the back seat?

one thing to consider is after you put screws in and out of the same hole in mdf it doesnt really stay in there becasue it doesnt grip anything. so if your changing ports a lot the screws might not hold after a while so maybe think of a better way to keep it attached

so, you insert the t-nuts into the baffle and then attach using screws through pre-drilled holes in the box. is this coorect?
will you be rounding the edges of the baffle?

take some sponge out of your backseat so the bass will enter the cabin better with the seat up.

nice design btw. looks like its going to take some time to build. have fun. too much work for a lazy azz like me though. lol.
