im looking to buy these speakers.
& this receiver. i drive a 2000 mustang & listen to House, trance,techno & Electronic music. i will also connect my ipod to the receiver. Is this combination good. I already own a 2way RF amp, with ALpine Sub Type R'sUploadUpload

what do you guys think ? should i go with alpine speakers or will these work for my fine ?

pioneer speakers are not worth the money, trust me, i used to have some. if i was you i'd look into a nice component set and amp them and either leave the back speakers you already have or just replace them and run them off the hu.

Pioneer REV D series speakers are very good. They are sleepers and are very underated. My recommendation to anyone looking for good budget setup.

get the infinity 5x7/6x8 reference.. I hate them but my best friend has them in the front and rear of her 2 door explorer and they sound amazing, she's only running them off of deck power with a deh-p660mp.
