liquid nails

bigger box usually equals lower bass.

for sq and low bass, 28-32hz
for sql bass, 32-35hz
for spl and loud bass, 35hz+

Liquid nail, it's cheaper and easily applied.

Using gorilla glue is over the top and uneeded because you would need alot to get a good seal and the bond liquid nails will form will still hold stronger than the mdf its attached to.

i would go slot. you dont have to worry about port area, and slot is easier to do.

4 cu feet is way too big. i used to have 2 12s in a 4 cu feet box, and now i have 1 15 treo ssi in a 3 cu feet box.

i would say do look at the recommended box sizes for that sub on there site, or do a box like 2 - 2.5 cu feet...somewhere in there, and tune it to 35. 33 or 34 if u want a little more sound quality.

you dont need any bracing.
