Another hifonics question

I was thinking about getting a hifonics brutus 1606 to power my two 800 watt rms 10's that are 6ohm and have 3" dual voice coils. I have been looking at other threads and saw that hifonics tends to be overrated. With that being the case, will this amp power my subs good, or should I look elsewhere? I really just want something under $300 that will make my subs pound.

Bass, i don't think the system is going to sound great, the hifo is overrated at 1 ohm, imagine at 1.5, should be like 1200w rms. Try getting a real 1600w rms or more...

you're going to underpower them, you'll see, cuz the amp will put the power at 1 ohm, and your subs are at 1.5, good luck
