i need a box for my 12" JL w7...sealed, not ported. the front also needs to be angled...other than that it needs to be built almost just like this: http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_subs_enclusure.php?series_id=9 with a few minor details we can discuss later. i would do it myself but i dont have the tools. how much would it cost and who would be willing to do it for me? thx :-)

Here ya go bro:

http://www.j designs.info/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=142

ATF is building my box right now and it is going to be sick. Plus he has great prices and doesn't imbellish on shipping rates.

To get the link to work, just copy and paste the whole link into your browser and delete the space between J and Designs. Ecoustics is dumb by not letting us refer the other forum.

how good of a job could you do, logan? do you have any pics of work youve done before?

atf wants 80 for a carpeted box which is pretty expensive imo and i dont need it carpeted that much but it would be nice i guess

i've got a table saw a band saw liquid nails and deck screws but that doesn't mean i build good boxes although mine seems to be pretty good

i'd just have ATF build it, every box i've seen of his looks really well made.

but it is kinda weird having a professionally made box made by a 14 year old, lol.

wow thats a lot. U beat my equipment. milling machine, drill press, miter saw, band saw, jig saw, router. Just to name a few stuff. By the way, do you set clamp each piece with L clamps? U could make wayyy straighter cuts with the table saw than i ever could with the mill..

Any Rona, Home Hardware or other store will cut your material with your design.
I`ve been a machinist for 10 years and your drawing is better than some of the engineers that I work with.
P.S.
use rubber washers between box and mount surface, you will thank me later.
