OK, my subs are 750 rms each. but in the manual it says for a compact vented box its only 300rms handling each and for vented spl its 700 rms handling each. WTF? if i get either enclosure should i power them at 750 each (1500) or what it says for box handling?
buy an amp slightly more powerful that what the subs call for ( in this case 750 rms each). that way you arn't running the amp on max and it has some head room and the subs won't recieve any clipped signals.
