Just wondering, but did the prices go up on the Ascendant Audio Assassins? I thought the 10's were $55 last time I looked and now they are $70 each. So I need 2 and it looks like $167.05 shipped. OH and what Kicker amp would be good for them?

WELL, no, not really, but I remember asking which amp to use with the assasins and they recommended a kicker for a good, inexpensive setup...just cant remember which one.

that audiobahn would work fine those subs can take more than their rms says anyways so that should be a good amp.

if your looking for a cheap and good amp try checking out the profile line of amps. i have the 2000 watt model and it works nicely and makes my audiobahns sound........well pretty good for audiobahns. i like the profiles a lot. very very good prices for a great amp.

one last thing, right now I have 2 SVC Alphasonic Q-Reference series subs (200 watts max) powered by a Visonik 350watt (220rms x1 @2ohms) mono amp. I can hit in the high 120's and sometimes as high as 132db. How much louder will things be with the 2 10 inch assasins and the audiobahn amp if I put the subs in the same box I already have? OH yeah, and the box is not ported.

OOPS one more thing, how powerful an amp do you have to have before you need a HO alt?

how big is your alt. now, and how much power you running? personally, i wouldn't go over 900w, maybe a little more, but if your lights start dimming and such, best get one.

why not just buy one now though? you a member on the new site? if so there's a group buy going on.

yo ctmike, read above, you will see what I am looking at going up to. I still have the stock alt. but will only be going up to 800 watt amp. also can anyone tell me what I should realistically be able to hit db wise with the assasins and the audiobum amp abov?
