I bought a brand new cd player
Panasonic CQ-C8803U. It sounds great but whenever i turn my bass on loud and skips once in a while. I also noticed it skips a lot when i do mp3 cd's. Does anybody know what the problem is. Or do u think the cd player just cant handle the system I have and its making it skip. Cuz I have a Kicker amp 1000.1zx and i also have a 15" Kicker L7. Also does anybody know about the PIONEER DEH-P7800MP head unit if its any good and if its better then the panasonic.

yea its whenver my bass hits it skips, and mp3 cd's skip a lot to. It's brand new to, Do u think it could have gotten dropped through ups cuz i can't think of any reasons why its skipping like this. I never had a problem with my other headunits until i uprgraded to a stronger system.

Its prolly the same thing as this. At my friends house when he has his home stereo on and it is too loud the cd skips from the bass just pounding. so that prolly y.
