guinea pig? do you mean the lucky one to have them first. its JL audio... you know they are gonna be awesome if the w3v2 was...

thats strange that they went to SVC and no higher power ratings I heard from a JL dealer that they aren't very different hardly noticeable vs the w3v2

Well, itlooks like I will be the first to see what these subs can do. I Plan on running three of them with my mtx 942. The guy from tech support told me to build a ported box tuned to about 30Hz and it should be pretty serious. I just hope that I can have some good SQ and be able to pull some pretty good SPL shall I choose to compete.

im just hopin that now that the w3v3 is out that the w3v2 will go down in price so i can get a couple more lol.

i doubt the V3's will affect the V2 prices...at least the W0's didn't change with the W1v2's came out anyway.
