That will be pretty damn hard to find. Check out ebay, and if not, consider one of their other 15 models, or maybe look at the new 13w3v3's, but those are 400 rms each.
i've never seen a W5 they have been gone for years and years. besides the whole point of jl makin new subs is b/c they are an improvement over the older models so you would be better off gettin a couple 13w6v2 or a 13w7 or a few new w3v3 or v2's.
