I was just riding in my friends SUV. He has 2 12" MTX 4500's in a sealed box with a Kenwood 1700w max amp pushing them (I think it is like 900rms but not sure, I just know it says 1700 max). That amp is probably only putting out about 800 but oh well. Anyway, his subs are REALLY really loud and VERY punchy, just hit you right in the chest. Nothing compared to my 2 12" Arsenals being run in my car by 450rms. I know it is almost doubling the watts but is that big enough of a difference to have such a huge loudness increase? Also, the subs don't sound too bad either. I would pick the Arsenals ANY day over them, but for a lower sub they sound very clean and are accurate.
how much did he pay for those cuz i now a guy with them and he paid 1100$ for the whole install...When he told me that he paid 1100 dollars i then didnt like it anymore
