My friend will be running a 15" Kicker L7 (2 later on)...I told him about HIfonics and I heard they were underrated...so his sub is 750rms 1500 max what would be the best hifonics amp to power it? (dual 2 ohm sub)
BXi 1206D? as this should give around 1000 rms @ 1 ohm right?
not too sure as too exactly how much an L7 can take and exactly how much a hifonics can give. whats the most he'll spend? Ednine.1 is 350 and last week my friend ordered a nine.1 and a nine.2 and since he bought 2 amps he got 10% off which is pretty good when ur spending so much money.
Well Canadian he is looking at around $300-400 for the amp...and Hifoncs amps still being overrated are cheap and would work for his situation. as he wants loud and obnoxious
they arent that over rated guys..ive talked 2 ppl who have bench tested em(another forum i forgot, lost the link when i restoredmy computer) but they are every bit 80-92% real wattages. my $.02 (whoever said that, im gonna start doin that on opinions lol)
