Can i wire this

its 3 speakers with dvc 4ohm when wired it would be 2.66 ohms can i wire them to a hifonics amp

@2 ohms 1x1000 rms
@1 ohm 1x1600 rms

if not please let me know what i can use

should be fine, you will be getting just less than the 1000 watts

that is the root mean squared power(average) power the subs can handle. With those subs and that amp each sub will see around 300 rms. that should work fine for you.

its 400 rms for each speaker

if thats what they say then yes. if you wire the 3 subs to 2.66 ohms each sub will see about 300 watts, which will be fine for subs with a rms of 400.
