i just found out that some of the new in dash dvd players wont play DVD while driving even when you ground the parking brake wire. does any1 know how to get around the new units?
Yeah, it's illegal to have the movie on while driving.
As for bypassing it, it depends on what unit it is. Some need a drop of solder across a certain part of the main PCB, others just need the parking brake wire hooked up to different things...though they can all be bypassed, very easily.
