I want an enclosure for 2 12" L7's

I was thinking about fiberglassing the back of my car (98 honda crv). but then realised that if i get a new car then i would have to sell it with the system.

i want the subs to be as loud as possible. so i am deciding to go with a vented or ported enclosure.

What is the difference between the way the boxes are tuned at? some say they are tuned at 30Hz, 38Hz, and 40Hz. Also, there are different cubic footages per chamber, such as 1.2, 1.4, etc... what is the difference in that also?

Thanks,
Brian

the difference of the cubic footages and the size of the port determines the tuning of the box (ex: 40Hz,50Hz,etc...)

well i want the subs to be very powerful and loud. thats why i am going with 2 12" L7's. what do you recommend? I have a honda crv, and the width of the cargo area where i would fit my subs is 35" wide.

Now, what can i do with this to make it LOUD!!! so everyone can hear me coming?

remember i want 2 12" L7's. Is this possible?

I am going to be powering them by the 1250.1 kicker, running at 1 ohm.

Thanks,
Brian
