Hmmm...We've all heard of Phoenix Gold, and most of us have probably heard of the budget brand Phoenix Digital. But Phoneix Audio?? Haven't heard of that one. If I had to guess I'd say it's a knock off brand and may not be anywhere near 2000w. Do you have a manual for the amp? Or does it at least have on-board fuses? What size?
The only PD amp I could find that's similar to the one you're describing is the pd-397. It's ratings are 250x2 at 4 ohms stereo 350x2 at 2 ohms stereo and 700 bridged mono.
At over $200 I would expect it to be pretty close on the power rating, and with a 1000w dual 2 wired in series it should work quite well with ~700w. It's not an amp I would recommend, but since you have it it would certainly be worth trying.
