I have 2 12" Rockford P3's and they are at 4 ohms and 500 wrms each. Does anyone know of a good amp that is stable at 4 ohms but still gives good amount of power considering my 1000 wrms total. I also dont really want to pay more than $300. Thanks.

see thats what i was wondering. So i can wire the subs to be a 1 ohm load? Is it hard to do? Lets say i got like an MTX Thunder 81000D amp that has 1000wrms @ 1 ohms, can i use that amp even though my subs are 4 ohm subs? That is basically what i am asking because amps that have 1000 watts at 4 ohms are REALLY expensive and i dont wanna pay more than $300.
