Seat question

if all the insulation or whatever is in the seat is taken out will it sound as good as when the seats are folded down? or close to as good?

u would not be able to tell, subs will always sound louder in a hatchback or Truck, than a car

my subs are in my trunk, but im asking if they will sound as good as they do when my back seats are folded down if i take the insulation out of the back seats.

yes, metal is very poor at absorbing sound, but having the seats up will still block a considerable amount of sound, even if they're down to bare metal. Nobody is going to want to sit on seats with no padding though. If you're going to do that, you might as well remove them and get some boat cushions in the car for whenever you have guests.
