I have a Alpine sound system with a 6-disk player factory installed in a 1995 Jaguar. It worked fine for several years, but recently started failing while playing CDs. The radio still works fine. I spent $200 at Sound Advice to have it worked on, and 2 months later....the same problem returned. It goes off and won't play again for several days. I have tried all the "tricks" involving heat and humidity, and nothing seems to work. Anyone have this experience, or other ideas? Thanks.
