The key to soldering them is tinning both the wire lead and the terminal cup first. Also, it's a trick getting the terminal to tin without melting the plastic that holds it, lol.
Anywho, any typical electronics solder will work. (a Sn60/Pb40 core solder with 3 to 4% Flux) aka 60/40 with flux
