Ok, so tomorrow I will be getting my Kicker KX450.2 in and installing it Saturday. Will I be able to claim I have a pretty good quality sound system now with the Kicker amp, 2 RE12's, etc.? Oh, and I just got my knukonceptz 4ga wiring kit in today and that stuff looks awesome. Will 225rms be too much for the RE12's? Or should they be able to take it? I will keep the gains under control etc.

That should be perfectly fine, depending on how big the inclosure is.
Thats only 50 watts over isn't it?
Yes, that should sound pretty good.

i just wouldnt push the amp to its limits ... might hurt the subs after a while

ya, the RE is rated at 175rms and the amp is rated at 225rms but the amp pushes more like 245rms I think per channel because the birth sheet is 490 I think.
