I've heard type Rs and I haven't heard the rl-p.. but i'd give the sq and spl to the soundsplinter in the right enclosure of course. sq is subjective though.
the rl-p has 38mm of one way xmax.. so it moves a lot of air in a sweep. going to be very loud. not to mention the added cone area of the 15 vs the 12. generally speaking, 3 12s are ~ to 2 15s.
both are good - but i'd take the single sub setup anyday. and SoundSplinter subs are supposed to be very good. Id go with the rl-p all the way... not to mention it looks awesome

ya the rl-p has 24.2 mm of xmax but i think the supreme series subs have 38.

haha... actually, i'm waiting for everything to be complete with my system. should be in the next day or so [crosses fingers]. just waiting on the sub
so...just waiting for my first post to be a some pictures. It's nothing overly grand compared to a lot of people on here though. But, needless to say, I'm very excited.
