In a sealed box, will polyfill always make the sound better or does it depend on something? Also, how much do you use?

It won't always make it sound better... Polyfill is to make the box seem bigger than it is... so if you have tight space requirements you can make the box smaller and use polyfill to make it seem bigger to the subs. If you're already in the right space requirement zone you wouldn't want to use it and most likely won't be able to tell that much of a difference.

Well if a subwoofer recommends 1 cubic foot to 3 cubic feet. Would putting it in a 1 cubic foot box increase the sound quality?

Nope, smaller box = better SQ, bigger box = higher SPL and lower frequencies.

Where is a good place to buy Polyfill? I haven't seen it at Walmart like some of the other threads said.
