I have 2 Kicker Comp Vr 10's and a 600 watt RMS Pioneer amp. What do I need to connect this to my stock deck. Its a 97 Chevrolet Silverado. Any comments would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

You'll need a line output converter. I don't recommend using it because it sounds terrible when compared to the output of a normal aftermarket headunit.

If you have an ebay account you can get a great deal on a used-but-in-new-condition aftermarket headunit which would be the best idea because most now offer some type of sound control for external amplifiers.

Will an RCA converter not connect it?

Thanks for the help Jexx. So if i just get a bottom of the line say pioneer deck, that will give it good sound quality?

I have a hi-low converter in my durango (soon to be replaced with HU) and it sounds good. Not great, but not poor. And its a easy/cheap add on for subs. And you keep your stock look.
