anything off metallica kill em all or in justice for all goes pretty well, and a few off the black album as well. thats what I used to use that and tag team whoop there it is was always a good one to get fired up to.

oh i play jv seeing i only way 133 pounds and 5'9...im the 3rd tallest receiver and the 3rd strongest...but the fastest receiver i run a 4.4 40......but for my size what are some good weight numbers to be working aroudn at?

u should be benchin at least 230-255...squat at lewast 325-375

Haha. Weighing 133 and benching 230 - 255? Apocboy, how old are you? If your over 17 or 18, then I'd say over 200 is pretty good considering your weight. Squatting, 300, 400, somewhere in there.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA..then i have a LONG way to go..im only 14 i bench 135(first month ever benching) and squat 180 i probably max 270.this isnt the same Apoc as before im his little brother.

Ok. If your only 14 than no wonder you weigh 133. Even though 135 may seem low, it's more than your body weight, so it's actually good for your size. Your doing just fine if you can bench your own weight. Just keep at it, and you'll gain. 270 is pretty good for squat in your case.

when i was a freshman i was benching 325 power cleaning 300 and squating 450 by the end of the year but i worked out every day two hours in the weightroom at school and now my numbers are much higher than that

What has your mama been feeding you? Growth hormones?
That is pretty big in both weight and height for a 14 year old. If you were 16 or 17, then it would make sense.

Calm down man. Alright. I know plenty about fitness, I am in great shape myself, and have a regular weight lifting routine. It just sounded odd that you work out every day, and for so long. It's hard to believe that anybody could make gains, without overtraining. There's only so many muscle groups....

actually i only do it 5 days a week not 7 sorry about that ill work two days on 1 off 2 days on 1 off no but when i was in h.s. i did 5 days straight

Well, I give you credit for sticking with it. I meen, I honestly do enjoy lifting, but I wouldn't be able to keep up with 5 days a week.

man i feel pretty weak, even though i've only lifted weights twice in my entire life i only max out at 100 pounds, and i run the 40 in like 7.8 seconds i think, but then again i smoke way to much and party like every weekend.

oh you're strong for a 14 year old...i ahave leg power though..i can leg press 450 and calf extend 540.BUt upper body is blah.lol I played running back every year at optimist so i only worked out my leg muscles.

all we fdo now is lift weights and cardio exercies and then we do he teaches us teh basic of defense and such.but in about 2 weeks we're goign to do 2-a-days...so much fun

oso i hate to call you out, but depending on what you benched before u were a freshman i highly doubt u could bench 325 and power clean 300 by the end of your freshman year, but this all depends on what u could bench before you freshman year. like joe said it is almost impossible to gain that much muscle that quickly, even if u could bench 200lbs before freshman year, 125lbs in a year is alot without steriods or creatine, or something else.

apocolypse boy...we doin sorta the same thing but we started cardio and strength training in january and we havin 2 a days next week..then the week after football camp(90 percent cardio/strength train, 8 percent running plays and 2 percent rest) then regular practice and then game time

i guess you dont know what a power regiment workout is then its specifically designed for strength gain not muscle mass and im sorry but nothing is impossible i dont hit the juice or use creatine

hmm... I played football in high school... fun as hell. Now i'm going on my senior year of college varsity wrestling division 3... its fun, but way too much hard work.
