yea thats what i was thinking too but it says 500wrms at 12.2 v and 800w at 14.4... so would the kicker 600.1 be better

btw it'll be pushing 2 12" cvr, im makin a budget system so the amp has to be about 200$

between those amps, go with the mtx. The kicker's 600 is also at 14.4

I have a Rockford Fosgate Power 1501bd for sale. I used it to power two 12" Kicker L7's and it slammed. I used it for only 3 months, then I sold my car and has been sitting around for awhile. its rated at 1650+ watts @ 2 ohms. I bought the amp for $575. It can be yours for $325 shipped (US). Email me at riebread77@aol.com if your interested.

I'm very fond of the audiobahn A8000T, personally. (800RMS @ 2ohms) Have slammed it for hours without any overheating or loss in quality.

all 3 amps are good so i dont think it matters although the mtx will probably sound a little better

its not gonna make a huge difference esp. in subwoofers. Those small differences in wattages are barely audible. The mtx will not have a problem pushing your setup. Remember it doesn't necessarily take the full rms of your speakers to reach there full potential, depending on your enclosure of course.

btw they'll most likely be in a sealed enclosure
