I have a sony xplod HU, nothing special, and it has a selectable rear/sub output. i also have xplod 6x9's. im looking into buying some subs and i was wondering, if possible, what would be the easiest way to hook up 2 amps to that one output? can you just get a Y adapter on the RCA cables? i have a small old pioneer amp already, so i don't wanna buy a multi-channel amp where i can run both high and low pass.

some amps have an rca output as well, so you can run the rca wires from the HU to one amp, and then another RCA from that amp to the 2nd amp
