I went to rockford's site, and they have nothing about it either. They don't have any amp that does 850w RMS @ 2 ohms. Has anyone ever heard of this amp? So ok, I was going to get a MTX Thunder 801D, then I stumbled across this RF X6(?). It does 50 more watts RMS at 2 ohms. And I can get it for about the same price. My only beef with this amp is it's refurbished. Would you trust it? Judging by the fact that I barely believe this thing exists, much less buying it refubished, is kind of a leap of faith. If anyone has anything about this amp PLEASE let me know, or answer any of my questions. Thanks! |

But like I said, this amp is supposedly supposed to put out 850 watts RMS @ 2-ohms. None of the ones you posted do. Take a look at the auction if you haven't yet. Anyone have any idea? |

Bronze Member Username: Alias747Post Number: 60 Registered: Apr-05 | OK. THANK YOU. I finally got an answer! I will probably be going with the A8000T or MTX 801D then. But I think I am leaning a little more toward the A8000T. |
Gold Member Username: CarguyPost Number: 2946 Registered: Nov-04 | You should go listen to A8000T for yourself. For $150 or less, I recommend A8000T or A8002T. Anything over that amount, then you have to look at MTX, JBL, old RFs. |
