I purchased a 800 Watt Mono Block, class D, same thing. I am running 8 gauge wire to my two 12 inch 450 watt subs now. Is 8 gauge fine? I also have a 30 amp inline fuse near my battery, should I get a bigger one. I blew the inline fuse on the way home from a friends house? Should I get a 60 amp inline fuse since my new amp has two 30 amp fuses? someone help me!!! LOL

You generally want your inline to equal your amps. So if your amp has 60, get a 60 on the inline. But you also need to remember that most cars have a 105amp alternator and usually the other car functions take about 50amps. So your getting very close to maxing out your battery. Be careful.

But I'm better off getting a 60 amp, right? I dont want to mess up my car. I have 30 in there now, should I change it ASAP?

yes you should, get a 60amp fuse. this chart also says 8 guage wire is fine for 60 amps, as long as its not too long. :
