I am going to make my first post about picking a new set up. I currently have 2 jl 12w0's in a pro wedge powered by a jl 250/1, but now I crave more. Now would you guys think that going to 1 15" RExxx would be better. I have taste for both sq and spl. I am big into spl, but the system isnt much without sq. I know some of you guys have experience also with the avalanche. What about a 15" avalanche? Would I see better results out of one of these subwoofers over my 2 12w0's. I am in need of advice.

from what i hear, the avalanche or the re would knock the crap out of a w6 possibly even a w7, so it could easily kill the w0

I had a good Idea of this, but wasnt sure. So 1 15" rexxx or avalanche would kill the 2 12w0's. What amp to power it then. My price range is average, nothing outrageous but not any cheap stuff for sure, quality comes first. Also where do I find a box to put the new 15" in? Should I get specs and build one or would buying a box be a better option?
