I finally got my system!

Two Kicker Comp VR 12"
Zapco I-2100 2 Channel Amp
Dual 12" sub box 1.38 cubic feet

So what do you guys think of my system? I got the two subs for $200, the amp for $240, and the box with the amp kit and wiring for $60.

I still to get it install though. The amp I got is rated at 350 - 400Watts, but people said it's underrated and it's around 900Watts. Do you guys think so?

Yeah probaly. How about my box, do you guys think 1.38 cu ft. sealed is enough air space or not? By the way I drive a 1996 Acura Integra two door hatchback.

So like the subs would be power at 250 watts each then since the amp is underated.

That amp is weak.

It puts out 200 watts at 90 dB into 4 ohms, while in stereo mode. This says it all.

If it would put out about 500 watts at 100+ dB into 4 ohms, while in stereo mode, I would say it would be a strong powerful amp.

Bridging an amp or wiring a lower load does not make the amp stronger or put out more.

Think of an amp like a truck. If a given truck motor will put out about 300 Hp and will top out as high as 100 Mph while empty, it doesn't mean that that truck motor will do the same if it were loaded with sand in the bed, and driving up a 6% grade. Take everything in consideration.

Watts are a unit of measure for the amount of energy consumed. Decibels are a unit of measure for loudness per given power (wattage).
