comming home from work and my amp it was pumping next thing i hear sounds like one speaker went then i heard a snap type pop and smelled like burning wire the fuse in the amp didn't blow or the inline fues.BUT THE AMP SMELLS BURNT it's a volfenhag zx-7180 this was pumping in a set of audiofonics 10" 2000w woofers need your help

the whole time i had it one time it was sounding good next time it didn't now i tested the woofers on another amp and they work so i guess i fryed the amp

if the amp smells burnt, then you burned up the amp. your inline fuse might of been too big. also, i haven't heard many good things about volfenhag amps, so that really isn't supprising

Yeah I'm not sure a Volfenhag is worth fixing either. Probably time to hit e-bay.

the fuse thats in it was the one that it came with 80 amp but it's still under warranty so i just send it back
