I am receive my subs that i ordered from ebay, which are 2 10w6v2 and now planning to get a amp which can give me the maximum out put of these sub would the jl audio 1000/1 be alright or is that to much power

too much.
the 500/1 would be better. that'd give ~250Wrms each

is the WRMS the countinuous power handling because it is 400 for each speaker??

Generally Yes, It is usually notated as RMS, and the W that you see means Watts. The exaggerated figures you see for powerhandling are peak power rating, which is a split second, and you have to match your subs up with an amp that will provide power within the RMS of a sub.
