A JL Audio 500/1 would be a better amp for your sub.

You don't need 2400 watts when the subs are only rated at 600 watts RMS. I have never heard of Audiophonics so I don't know if that is even a trus number or inflated. A suitable cheap amp for you would be a Hifonics BX1000D.
