Rear car speakers rattle for certain sounds, not others

I have a used 2002 Infiniti I35 with a 7-speaker Bose system (includes sub-woofer). Recently I've noticed that the rear 2 speakers or the sub-woofer rattle at certain frequencies but not at others. For example, the chorus for a typical song will consist of a progression of 4 chords and will repeat 4 times. Assuming that the 2nd chord in that progression produces the frequency that causes the back speakers to rattle, the rattling will occur every time that 2nd chord is played in the chorus. Any suggestions to fix this problem? Thanks
