I have to say a jl 12 w3v2 had very nice sound quality and low bass extention in a 1.50 cf sealed box. The sound quality was a notch better and the spl was a notch better than the 12 w0. Thats what youd expect because of the increased power handling and price over the 12w0 though. I have to say Jl is making decent improvements on these new line of subs from what ive heard or experienced myself. I had the Jl 12 w0 and the 12 w3 v2 on my mtx 81000d in case anyone was wondering. For sq for the buck online the 12 w3 Does well but no blistering spl scores 124 db is where it peaked playing clean.
