How hard is it to add a window to a subwoofer box?
by that i mean not like a bandpass plexiglass enclosure...i mean like just a tiny one foot window in the back of the box to show off the magnet?
lastly...how good are like totally lexan/polycarbonate boxes? i saw one a bit ago on ebay and it looked interesting.

chances are those lexan boxes can handle some power but i couldn't go putting a major sub in there...it'll flex alot and i beleive that it'll have a resonating sound......as for adding a window...i would'nt reccommend it...you're gonna need a very thick peice of plexi in order for it not to flex....i know this...i tried with 2 12" L5's....boy was that a mistake...

Yeah, you really need to know what your doing when putting in a window. I've heard so many boxes with windows that vibrate when reaching high volumes.
