i'm new to building slot port boxes. I've got to build a box for two Lanzar DVC Max12D and the box has to fit in a 37" w X 15" h X 18" d space, that's all the room I've got to work with. What's the best way to build this box. The subs specs are as follows: 1000W Peak, Nom. Impedance (Ohm)=Dual 4, dB=90.0, Hz=33.6, Qts=.47, Vas (cuft)=3.1994, Magnet Structure=65 +65, Mounting Depth=6.73", Overall Depth=7.64", Mounting Diameter=10.83", Overall Diameter=12.13"
mayolo, there is a excellent program you can get called winisd. if you know all the specs like that then tryto find this program.i believe you can get it free at linearteam.com but do a search and see if i got that address right. this will answer all your questions and give several different graphs where you see the frequency response and everything.you can theoretically put it in different boxes and then decide whats best for you
