You could try running heavier gauge wire from your alternator to battery, your battery to ground, and your battery to amp(s).
Might help a lil.

You are using power, live with it...your lights are gonna dim a bit, unless you get a cap or a stronger altenator. Its no big deal i had a clarion amp (apx400.2) that only put out 100x2 RMS @ 4 ohm and it dimmmed my lights like crazy!...that was a power hungry amp with a 50 A fuse in it (thats probly why it got so hot at reasonable loads) Just try to ignore it unless its really bad.
if the lights are dimming then your amplifier is clipping. If the amp is clipping, you're sending DC voltage to the speakers and damaging them. the amps need current. this means you need a larger alternator, and proper gauge power cable for alt to batt, batt to ground, and batt to amps. capacitors won't help.
