I've been thinking about getting 2 12" w6 and a JL amp. What is better than 2 12" w6 or a 13" w7? Alpine MTX Rockford Fosqate Infinity and/or avalanche? I need a system fast.

everything is pretty good, MTX 9500 series, alpine type R or X, infinity perfect's, avalanches are supposed to be good, havent heard them though, RF p3's (i have some for sale if you want them) but w6's are amazing so are w7's great spl and sq in one, expensive though

2 12W6v2's would be a nice set up with 2 500/1's or a 1000/1 and would prob be almost as loud as a 13W7 with equal if not better SQ
JL's are great, no complaints other then kinda pricey
Alpines (X and R) are also good, more of a SQ sub but good bass for the price
MTX 9500's are loud, but really lack SQ
Rockford is ok, i think they sound muddy but haven't heard any of their new ones
Infinity is a great SQ sub
never heard the avalanche, but hear good things.

i think personally that the 2 w6v2's would stomp the 13 in sq because i dont like the way w7's sound...personal preference though. and i agree with all that stuff i but i like the RF's they sound pretty good to me(for the price that is), and i havent heard the avalanche yet either..i want someone to just like ship it to me so i can hear it lol

the only bad thing about the w7's is the cost. they are some of the best sq subs you can get

a JL 500/1 is ideal for a 13w6. its the 13w7 that needs the 1000/1
