Sunday, March 06, 2005 - 03:52 GMT so the amp should be really close to the battery? 16 inches close? Damn, I was thinking of putting my amp under my back seat.

Sunday, March 06, 2005 - 03:57 GMT Well Ground wires really shouldnt be more then 16inchs long. Just ground it to a piece of metal close to the amp. Since your putting it under the back seat, ground it to the metal brace or whatever that is under it, Just make sure if theirs paint on it to sand it off.

Sunday, March 06, 2005 - 04:37 GMT I have a battery in my trunk, so I am not worried about length.

Sunday, March 06, 2005 - 07:00 GMT The chassis of any vehicle leads right back to the negative terminal of the battery so putting it directly to the battery will cause no problems.
