how would a SE 10" sound with 400 watts RMS running to it. Small sealed or small vented tuned to 25 hz? Its rated at 600 RMS, will 400 be enough? I had a 12" kicker comp vr with 300 rms in a 1.5 cu/ft sealed box. How will the SE sound in comparison woth the 400 RMS. Thanks
I would prolly try to find a different amp and run more to it. I'm sure 400 rms would be ok to it as long as your careful, but I would definitely try to get something bigger if your gomma run it in a small sealed box. Power handeling would be lower with the vented, so that would prolly work better. And yes, it should be a lot better than your comp vr, and if you ever get 600 rms running to it it'll prolly blow the vr away.
