I know the remote has a vibrate feature, how do I turn this on?

Press the 4 buttons on the remote at the same time, hold them down until you get the long beep, press the lock button for the toggle of the chime and vibrate mode, press the unlock botton for the toggle of the light no light feature on the remote. after your done wait and you will get a long chime, that means the info has been accepted.
