Can someone please help me with how to wire this speaker. I've never had to wire a speaker with dual voice coil. I have it connected to an Audiofonics 1000 watt amp and also wanted to know if that's ok.
Well, if you already have it connected, how did you do it. I'm guessing the sub is dual 4 ohms, so you'd want to wire it parallel, to get a 2 ohm load. Connect the positive of one voice coil to the positive of the other. Take the negative of one voice coil and connect it to the negative of the other. Take 1 voice coil and connect the positive and negative to the amp.
