I have an A1500HCT 2000w @ 1 ohm mono amp and trying to wire two ALUM12Q subs to this amp. When wired together in parallel you get 1.5 ohms due to the subs being dual 6ohm subs. Will my amp push these subs.

Yes. As long as your ohm load doesn't go below the 1 ohm stability then you are fine.
