I have 2 cerwin vega vmax 15's Which would be better pay $225 for a 1500x2 Brutus Hifonics amp or a Boss amp 2000x2 for $100 I dont know much about Boss or Bose however they spell it.
get the hifonics brutus. boss amps are sh1t, i wouldnt touch 1 with a 10' pole, unless i was smashing it, lol. yea anyway get the hifonics amp, they are quite good.
Both are cheap amps IMO. However the boss is quit a bit worse than the hifonics. If you are stuck spending that small amount of money go with the hifonics. Do not go with the boss. There is no way it puts out that much power. Its more like 80 to 100 watts rms.
Something else to consider is a jbl refurb off of ebay. You can find them for cheap, and still get a better grade amp.
jeremyc is right. as much as hate to say it look refurbed. you can pick up refurbed orions for 50 more bucks. look also to cadence mtx and some older rockfords on ebay
