I tihnk just about everyone in the forum would justy about pick the re X.X.X they can create extremly high spl levels while maintaing excellent sound quality
You need to listen to both if possible. The TDX is not a slouch by any means, it is a great SQ subwoofer and puts out some very good SPL numbers, as does the RE X.X.X. The X.X.X. puts out more SPL, but SQ is subjective, and it depends on what you want more of. SQ of both is great, you'll just have to pick on what you prefer best.
