Hey everyone i was wondering whats some good 6x9 speakers thats under $200, i was looking at getting some pionner 4 way speakers, i need some that have a high rms rating and sound good. amp ima use to power em is 800 watt 2 channel amp i think it has 200 or 300 rms power, anyways anyone know some good ones? me and my sis are gonna go half and half and get em for my car for christmas :D anyways someone please need help needa know fast cause x-mas is alrdy in a week thanks for the help :>D
check ebay. find Infinity Kappa 6x9s those are about the best ones I know in that size in your price range. avoid the "more ways is better" mentality of the early 1980s. It's a myth. a good set of two or three way 6x9s is all you need in the back of the car. I'd limit that to two-way if you have good front speakers to avoid the rears being too bright and destryoing your imaging and soundstage.
