Hi Everyone,
I've read a bunch here the last few days and this place seems like a wealth of information.

I'm in the process of installing/configuring a system for my 1997 Honda Accord. I already have a Pioneer 5500MP head unit installed along with 3-way 6.5's in the front and 3-way 6X9's in the rear (Pioneers). I have a couple of old amps; a Yamaha YPA-1000 that I bought new in 1988 and has sat in my garage for the last 12 years. It's 4X50W. I also have a 2 channel Yamaha YPA-320 that is rated for 50X2 or 110X1 (4 ohms). I've recently picked up a Bazooka RS-804DV tube from a friend and I'd like to install it.

Here's my question. Is the small Yamaha good enough...big enough to drive the Bazooka, which is dual 4 ohm?

Obviously, this car is a beater and the system is a ebay special :-)

Thanks in advance!

I'd use an electronic crossover like the Coustic XM-3 or Audiocontrol 2XS, and run the 4 channel amp for the fronts/rears, and the 2 channel amp, bridged, to drive the tube.
that should actually sound pretty decent.
nice car, too.
