Looking for some opinions on this system

I'm looking at building a budget setup for a '00 F-150 x-cab. I mainly listen to rock, so I don't need a lot of bass (some wouldn't hurt though. Right now I'm only buying components, an amp, and the install kit, all for under $350.00, the sub(s) and amp to power it will come later. Here's what I have so far:

HiFonics Zeus ZX4000 2 Channel Amplifier (about $136 @ Ebay)
Infinity Kappa 50.5cs Component Speaker System ($155 cardomain w/ pricematch)
Knukonceptz Complete 4 Gauge Amplifier Installation Kit ($30)

What are your thoughts on this setup? What could be replaced for something better that still applies to the $350 budget?

As far as subs and an amp for later, any suggestions?
